All India UTI AMC Officers Association, the registered Trade Union representing the interests of vast majority of Officers of UTI Asset Management Company Limited (UTI AMC LTD) formed during January 2011 on account of growing grievances of Officers of erstwhile Unit Trust of India (UTI), post restructuring of erstwhile UTI and post transfer of the services of these Officers from erstwhile Unit Trust of India to UTI AMC Ltd.

The association had recently elected Hon’ ble Member of Parliament Shri Dilip Gandhi ji as its Patron-in –Chief and under his leadership has been pursuing its Charter of Demands with the management of UTI AMC Ltd. The association has also launched a website recently in the hands of Hon’ble Minister of State for Finance Shri Arjun Ram Megwal Ji and can be accessed at www. utiamcofficersassociation.in.

The association had filed a writ petition earlier during 2011 before Hon’ble Bombay High Court challenging the circulars and actions of management of UTI AMC Ltd which violated section 6(1) of UTI Repeal Act 2002, which specifically protected the service conditions of officers of erstwhile UTI. Mumbai High Court while disposing off the writ petition had directed Union of India to consider all grievances of the members of the association within four months of the submission of the petition.

The association has submitted a detailed petition of grievances to Union of India on 21 st July 2017 and is confident of getting the long pending issues addressed by Union of India.
